Welcome

My handmade ceramic design elements, bundles, and beads are all original designs which are protected by copyright law. They are made of various types of high fire clay. Please know that all Gaea pendants, beads and buttons are handmade by one person and may require more that one firing to complete an order. I make every effort to have orders out in a timely fashion. I strive for quality and may be unable to do "rush" orders. Please enjoy!

Payment

Please pay immediately through PayPal at time of purchase. If I have not received payment within 5 days of your purchase, I will cancel the transaction and relist the item. In an attempt to keep waste to a minimum, no receipt will be sent with your order. Please let me know if you would like a receipt sent with your order or one can be printed from your purchases page on etsy. I am happy to reserve a listing for up to 5 days. Occasionally, reserved items sit for more than 5 days as these customers are waiting for additional listings.

Shipping

I ship all domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the item/s, with delivery confirmation. Shipment is usually sent within 3 business days of receiving payment.

International orders are shipped via First Class International Mail. This service does not offer tracking and may take an unspecified time to arrive, but usually takes between 7-10 days. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or duties due upon delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it, please contact me immediately. I will refund the cost of the item, minus shipping, etsy fees and paypal fees when I receive returned item in good condition within 15 days of when you originally received it. There is also a 20% restocking fee on all returned items and no refund will be given on custom order items. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Items are packed carefully, but if an item arrives broken, please contact me immediately!

I will make most designs in any of the glaze colors shown on my site, so if you are looking for a different color than pictured, just convo me and I'll check my stock or see if I can complete a special order for you. Other items as well as a color chart is available at www.gaea.cc
